The GTC are made available to the Customer on the Site, where they can be directly consulted. They can also be provided to the Customer upon simple request by any means.

2.3. Scope of Application of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The GTC apply to all sales of products and services made by Onorée Paris on the Site. Any order placed on the Site implies the unconditional acceptance of these GTC by the Customer.

2.4. Modification and Adaptation of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Onorée Paris reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time. The new general terms and conditions of sale will apply to any order placed after they are posted on the Site.

2.5. Clauses of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

If one or more clauses of these GTC were declared null and void by law, regulation, or a final decision of a competent court, the other clauses will retain their full force and scope.

ARTICLE III PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

The products and services offered for sale are those presented on the Site on the day of the Customer's consultation, within the limits of available stocks.

3.2. Prices Presented and Practiced

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Onorée Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the Customer validates the order.

3.3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are specified when the order is confirmed and depend on the delivery address and the delivery method chosen by the Customer.

ARTICLE IV ORDER

4.1. Acceptance

Any order placed on the Site constitutes the express and irrevocable acceptance of these GTC.

4.2. Order Confirmation

An email confirmation is sent to the Customer after the order is validated on the Site, summarizing the essential elements of the order.

4.3. Order Validation

The order is validated upon receipt of payment by Onorée Paris. Onorée Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a Customer in case of a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

4.4. Order Modification

Any modification of the order by the Customer after the confirmation of the order is subject to the acceptance of Onorée Paris.

4.5. Unavailability of the Ordered Product or Service

In case of unavailability of the ordered product or service, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel the order. The Customer can then request a refund of the amounts paid within 30 days at the latest from their payment.

ARTICLE V CONTRACT

5.1. Conclusion of the Contract

The sales contract is formed when Onorée Paris sends the order confirmation email to the Customer.

5.2. Archiving and Proof

The computerized records, kept in the computer systems of Onorée Paris under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of the communications, orders, and payments between the parties.

ARTICLE VI RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, AND CREDITS

6.1. Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

6.2. Products and Services Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or products made according to the Customer's specifications.

6.3. Returns

Products must be returned in their original condition and complete to the following address: Onorée Paris, 58 Avenue du Parc, 93290 Tremblay-en-France, France.

 

6.4. Defective Products

In case of defective products, the Customer can return the products to the same address for an exchange or a refund.

ARTICLE VII – PAYMENT

7.1. Accepted Payment Methods

Payment for orders is made by credit card via a secure payment platform. Accepted cards are indicated on the Site.

7.2. Online Payment Security

Onorée Paris uses secure payment methods and encryption protocols to ensure the security of transactions made on the Site.

7.3. Payment Delays and Defaults

In case of payment delay or default, Onorée Paris reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery.

ARTICLE VIII DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing their order. Onorée Paris offers different delivery methods, which are presented to the Customer when placing the order.

8.2. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the delivery method chosen by the Customer and are indicated when the order is validated.

8.3. Delivery Delays and Defaults

In case of a delivery delay, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. Onorée Paris cannot be held responsible for delays due to reasons beyond its control. In case of non-delivery, the Customer may cancel the order and request a refund of the amounts paid.

ARTICLE IX WARRANTIES

9.1. Legal Warranties

Products sold on the Site benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

ARTICLE X LIABILITY

10.1. Transfer of Risk and Ownership

The transfer of risk of loss or damage to the products takes place upon delivery when the Customer or a third party designated by them takes physical possession of the products. Ownership of the products will only be transferred to the Customer after full payment of the price.

10.2. Liability Exemption

Onorée Paris cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet, including a break in service, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.

ARTICLE XI INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Site (texts, images, software, graphics, logos, videos, sounds, etc.) are the exclusive property of Onorée Paris. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of these elements is prohibited without the express authorization of Onorée Paris.

In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Onorée Paris is headquartered.
